Jenny LaBaw is a NorCal-region CrossFit athlete. She broke her foot last Tuesday in a bike accident. This week's CrossFit Open workout was 17 minutes of burpees and snatches.

Jenny LaBaw did that workout on one leg.

On one leg. Yes, really.
