A reminder: Paleo FX is coming!

As I have told you before, I'm on a panel at Paleo FX this year. April 11-13, 2014. Austin, TX. All the details are here and here.

And really, if you are there and you don't say hi to me, it's going to bum me out. So be social and unafraid. I plan on it.

Steve Kirsch: The wilds of rural, New Jersey, United States; I play drums. I eat real food, mostly primal/paleo. Most recently, the drumming has been in an early-R.E.M cover band called Lower Wolves, and in various indie, garage-punk and Americana bands in Philadelphia. Playing in a band is more fun than most people my age are having. But anything I say here is my own point of view, not the view of any band that I am in or have been in. As for the real-food/primal/paleo angle, I get a lot of mileage out of that and working out in a local strength/conditioning gym, all in an effort to keep the ravages of time at bay, and to keep having fun.
