About Me

My photo
Steve Kirsch
The wilds of rural, New Jersey, United States
I play drums. I eat real food, mostly primal/paleo. Most recently, the drumming has been in an early-R.E.M cover band called Lower Wolves, and in various indie, garage-punk and Americana bands in Philadelphia. Playing in a band is more fun than most people my age are having. But anything I say here is my own point of view, not the view of any band that I am in or have been in. As for the real-food/primal/paleo angle, I get a lot of mileage out of that and working out in a local strength/conditioning gym, all in an effort to keep the ravages of time at bay, and to keep having fun. Oh yeah...I'm a lawyer too, but we don't talk about that very much here. You can reach me by email at thepaleodrummer@gmail.com.
