The butter is ...I think the coconut oil is the key. The butter is just, er, icing on the cake, so to speak (demonstrating the worst use of metaphor ever). Sure, there is nutritional benefit from grassfed butter, but you can pile that onto other foods if it freaks you out to put it in your coffee. To me, that's late.. but like you said, do what works best for you!<br />I tried a Whole30 and one of the points was to eat your first meal within a half hour of waking up. That is hard!!
